General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
Any reservation is considered final upon payment of a deposit, either by mail accompanied by a check or by remote debit of your credit card with your authorization by fax, email, or letter.
The amount of the deposit is 30% of the total value of the stay. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded if the client notifies the establishment at least 2 weeks in advance (30 euros administrative fee).
After check-in, the entire stay is considered due. A photocopy of the identity card and credit card is required upon arrival. The balance of the stay is due upon arrival for apartments and may be required for rooms.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT BANK CHECKS unless the deposit has been paid by check. We accept payment in cash, credit cards (Visa-Mastercard-American Express), and vacation vouchers.
In case of reservation without a deposit payment made on the same day, we will take the bank imprint of your card, and in case of no-show, we will debit the equivalent of the first night. The rooms are available no later than 4 pm and must be vacated by 11 am. Upon your request, the management may extend your departure time by 1 hour (12 pm). Without the management’s agreement or in case of delay after 11 am, each additional hour will be charged 20 euros, with any started hour being considered due. In case of non-presentation at the hotel on the first night, the deposit will be retained, and the hotel no longer guarantees availability for the remaining part of the stay originally booked.
Any errors and omissions in the price list do not engage the responsibility of the establishment. Prices may be revised at any time and without notice and are expressed without the tourist tax of 2.16 euros per person aged 18 or older and per night. Rates established on 01.06.2023, subject to revision at any time.
